1. Introduction

Welcome to SwipeClean! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the SwipeClean Team regarding your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

To use SwipeClean, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Human Use Only: You may not access the Service via bots, scrapers, or automated scripts.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for legitimate, legal purposes.

3. Your License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is granted only on the condition that you also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Standard EULA").

Restrictions (The "Don'ts"):

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Rent, lease, sell, or sub-license the Service to others.
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Copy our design, interface, or features to create a competing product.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Because we distribute through the Apple App Store, your billing relationship is primarily with Apple.

A. Free Trials

• We may offer a free trial to new users.
• Automatic Enrollment: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription plan chosen.

B. Billing & Renewal

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) unless canceled.
• Payment Method: Fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Price Changes: If we increase prices, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the notice period implies acceptance of the new price.

C. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you must do so via your Apple settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

D. Refunds

All billing is handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. If you need a refund, you must request it through the Apple App Store according to their refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, graphics, design, and "look and feel," is the property of the SwipeClean Team and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You own the data you create or store on your device, but we own the platform you use to manage it.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is critical to us. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SwipeClean Team shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, loss of profits).
• Any amount exceeding the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the SwipeClean Team and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party right.
• Your misuse of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Please read this carefully. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us at the email below.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

11. General Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally.

• Minor Changes: Will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Material Changes: We will notify you (e.g., via a pop-up or email). Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
